Everything is really good here, had a perfectly pleasant stay for a quiet weekend away. The location is quiet, 2 km from Museum of Liverpool. Furthermore, it's close to the main garden, lovely local pubs and the seafront at Eastbourne.

I could see garden from the window of the deluxe king room. As for me, the location was peaceful, short walk to the seafront as well as pubs. The venue was also within a 25-minute walk from Museum of Childhood.
